Welcome Bags & Check-In
Welcome Bags
Grab your welcome bag at the hotel front desk when you check in! It’s packed with local treats and weekend details to kick off the celebration. We are so glad you’re here!

Rehearsal & Dinner
To our wedding party and immediate family: join us at the venue to walk through the ceremony logistics, with an intimate celebratory dinner immediately following.

Morning Prep
To the wedding party: the morning-of hair, makeup, and pre-wedding prep starts early! Let's get ready!

2:30 PM
Guest Arrival
Doors open and background music begins 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please arrive early to mingle, find your seat, and settle in before the processional starts.

The Ceremony
It’s official! Join us as we exchange our vows and rings to celebrate the beginning of our next chapter.

Cocktail Hour
Mingle, enjoy our signature drinks, and try the passed hors d'oeuvres immediately following the ceremony while we catch our breath and take a few quick photos.

Dinner & Toasts
Time to eat, drink, and raise a glass. Join us for dinner paired with a few heartfelt (and likely funny) toasts from our closest family and friends.

Dances & Dessert
We will kick things off with our first dance as newlyweds, followed by the traditional parent dances and the official cutting of the cake.
